RETURN POLICY 

Our customer friendly return policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 7 days from delivery date. Please inform us through one of our contact channels.

We are not responsible for any return fees, whether its shipping fees or custom duty fees. 

If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse. Kindly inform us properly and within 7 days from delivery date.

Horselovers is not accepting any returns or exchange unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team info@horselovers.me. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return kindly provide your order number and state the reason. After receiving your email with return/exchange request, our customer service representative will send the return/exchange instruction back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return/exchange.

No cash refunds will be made. Refunds will only be credited in your account created on our online store and deduced from future orders. In order to facilitate the credit process, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Kindly return items in their original packaging including hang tags on products, shoe boxes, zipper bags or any other kind of packaging. To return or exchange your item, pack it carefully in a separate box or padded post envelope. Any damage made during shipping will be out of our responsibility.

The above policy does not apply on the following items. (NO RETURNS)

• Health care supplements
• Shaving machine and electronics
• Customized or pre-ordered items
• Items on sale

Horselovers has the right to cancel any order made on our website at anytime, this might be related to force majeure reasons or such as “out of stock” product(s) that has been purchased in our physical store in parallel to your online order. No cancellation fees will be charged and your purchase will be refunded directly.
